Virgin Mary of the Underpass

If you happened to be in Chicago around in the spring of 2005, you might driven past the Virgin Mary of the Underpass at Fullerton Street. It seems wherever Mary pops up she brings the drama! After hundreds of people flocked to see the Virgin Mary, or "salt stain" as some pagans have put it, Mary was painted over, then unpainted, then painted again. The city cited safety reasons in covering up Mary for the final time. The only thing I know for sure is that salt stains can make some beautiful shades of blue.

Jesus of the Rock

In May of 2006, Gregorio Gomez of Mexico had a dream and the voice in the dream told him he would find an image of Christ on a rock. And sure enough, Gregorio Gomez found an image of Christ on a rock! The only voices I hear in my dreams is my bladder yelling at me to get up and go before I wet myself.

Virgin Mary of the Grilled Cheese

The sightings of all sightings. A Miami woman who hung onto this sandwhich for 10 years got $28,000 for it on ebay! GoldenPalace.com, an online casino, confirmed that it had the winning bid. Now if you're an online casino, how are people going to get to see...Oh nevermind.

To me it looks more like a Greta Garbo of the Grilled Cheese, but who am I to argue with an online casino? Damn, they don't make classy Hollywood ladies like this anymore, do they?
